Mix It Up

Have you ever been afraid to perform in front of a crowd? Ever heard you should imagine the crowd in their pajamas? Well, this is the inspiration for YAB latest project! Come October 26 at 4 pm to 5pm. The Montgomery County-Norristown Public Library is a safe haven for all teens where everyone can gather despite their differences without fear. Grab the limelight! $2.00 per ticket covers pizza, drinks and snacks. Lock, Pop, and have a good time!

Kickin' it with the Beckhams!

Ok, I know it's hard to slosh through all the enterainment news out there, but it seems after the queen's recent royal visit to the ex-colonies, the power couple of David and Victoria Beckham will grace the US with their presence as well. Don't forget if you can't remember the lyrics to any Spice girls hits or David's season totals or you wish to brush up on your soccer, there are plenty of materials here at Mont. Co- Norristown Public Library to help you. When is the last time you've played soccer?

LOL! OMG, HOW XLNT !

Here is an article about a 13 year girl who won the title of the fastest texter and won a grand pize of $25,000!

Thirteen-year-old Morgan Pozgar, of Claysburg, Pa., was crowned LG National Texting champion on Saturday after she typed "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" lyrics from "Mary Poppins" in 15 seconds.

"I'm going to go shopping and buy lots of clothes," the teen said after winning her $25,000 prize from the electronics company LG.

Morgan defeated nearly 200 other competitors at the Roseland Ballroom in Manhattan to become East Coast champion and then beat West Coast champion Eli Tirosh, 21, of Los Angeles.

She estimated that she sends more than 8,000 text messages a month to her friends and family.
